Approval for Electronic Time Cards (on my.iliff)
1. Login to my.iliff and click on the STAFF TAB
2. Once on the STAFF TAB click on the page – TIMESHEETS AND BENEFITS (located to the right)
3. Once on the TIMESHEET AND BENEFITS page you will see the TIME CARD APPROVAL PORTLET
4. Select the Pay Group you are reviewing (Some Supervisors will have more than one group– click on the drop down to
see) Here you will be able to review by Individual Employee Qmecards or a list of all employees in a Pay Group.
5. Once you have approved your employees' Electronic Timecards you are ready to submit to Payroll.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ONCE A TIMECARD IS SUBMITTED IT CAN NOT BE EDITED.
DO NOT SUBMIT TOO EARLY.
YOU MUST APPROVE AND SUBMIT ALL TIME CARDS TO PAYROLL.
