Staff/Faculty: Registration Clearance Advisees

How to grant registration clearance to advisees

1. Login to  my.iliff (Links to an external site.).
2. Go to the Advising page on the Faculty tab. 
   
   
   
3. Do an advisee search for advisees with a status of 'Not Yet Registered' or 'Need Registration Clearance.' Click the dropdown next to Advisee Status, select one of these statuses, select the term and year for which the advisee needs to register, and then click the Search button. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. The resulting advising list will appear just below the search button. To see the advising functions (unofficial transcript, etc.) for an advisee, click on their name. When you are ready to clear them to register, click the Grant button. 
   
   
   
5. This advisee will now have permissions to register online. Until you click this Grant button, your advisees will not be able to register online.
