Obtaining your Iliff ID card

Iliff has contracted with DU's Pioneer Card Office (Driscoll Center South, Lower Level) to produce new Iliff ID cards for all Iliff students, staff, and faculty. This new Iliff ID card will provide verification of your Iliff identity, will show the DU ID number needed for parking registration, and will allow you to check out items from both Iliff and DU libraries.

To obtain In-Person:

Stop by the Pioneer Card Office to have your photo taken and get an Iliff ID Card issued. You will need to provide photo ID (e.g. Driver's license or passport) to verify your identity. Check the Pioneer ID Card Office website for hours.

To obtain via Online:

Please email [e-mail] with the following information.

Please include your:

- Full name

- Iliff ID number / DU ID number

- Attached file of a photo headshot of yourself (refer to Online Photo Submission for requirement/restrictions)

*Note: Iliff/DU ID number can be obtained by contacting Support ([e-mail])*

When your ID badge is ready for pickup, upon arrival, please call DU at [phone] and they can bring the ID to you at the door. Pick up location is at the Driscoll South building. Please note, a form of photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport is required to pick up your ID card. Alternatively, you can request to have it mailed.
