Update Contact Information (Address or Preferred Name)

Update Personal Information in my.iliff

1. Login to my.iliff.edu using your Iliff email credentials.
2. Once logged in, on the righthand side of the home screen, you will see a person icon. Click on this icon. 
   
   
3. When you click on the icon, you will get a menu, click on "my profile and settings"
   
   
4. Once on the Profile page, to change your Preferred Name:
   1. Click the About Me tab at the left
   2. Expand the About Me section 
   3. Expand the Campus Name section
   4. Change first, middle, and or last names in the fields provided
   5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
   6. These changes are not immediate. Staff will process requests as quickly as possible.
5. Once on the Profile page, to change your Address, Click on the 'Contact Information' tab at the left.
   
   
6. You will now be able to edit your address using the dropdown menus. Show the addresses on file using the dropdown arrow at the right of the Addresses section.
   
   
7. Select the address you want to change by clicking on it or "add address" if you want to add another
   
   
8. Fill out the form and press "save" at the bottom of the page

The changes may not happen immediately. Please allow two weeks to see a change on my.iliff.
