Syllabi

Syllabi must be made available in Canvas by the date listed above for a given term. See Making Syllabi Available for options and instructions for getting your syllabus into Canvas. If you are unable to make a full syllabus available by these dates, please at least make your required reading and a basic framework for the course available to students by this time. The Dean's Office will be able to access your syllabus within Canvas, so you no longer need to email a syllabus to the dean's office.

Course Media

By federal mandate (Textbook information from Federal Student Aid ConsumerInfo2021.doc see page 6) we are required to indicate the required media for purchase in all courses offered, long before the start of a term. So, required course media must be made available on the main page of your canvas course by the syllabus deadline listed above. You must include ISBN numbers for each item on your book list.

Grades

Iliff students are often on financial aid packages to help cover the costs of tuition and living expenses. The disbursement of aid packages relies on incremental progress reflected in passing grades in courses. Failure to submit your grades by this deadline can delay the disbursement of student financial aid packages. Iliff takes this very seriously as our students depend on this aid. As stated in your contract, failure to submit your grades on time will cause the Dean’s Office to re-evaluate your eligibility for rehire as an adjunct faculty member. Grades are entered via my.iliff on the faculty tab through the Course Control portlet. You can find step by step instructions for Grade Entry on my.iliff here on Zendesk Help Center.
