How to Change your Photo for Iliff Gmail

If you want to change your Iliff Gmail photo, all you need is a couple minutes to change or update it! This is the photo that people see when they received email from you. Having an accurate, updated photo of your face can help people relate to you a little more as a person in the digital world.

First, sign in to your Iliff Gmail account. Once there, go ahead and click on the circle in the top right corner.

You might already have a photo there, or you might have a letter. When you click on that you will see "Change" appear on the circle. Click on "Change".

Once you click "Change," a new menu will pop up asking you where you'd like to upload your new photo from. Find the photo on your desktop or in your google drive and then click "Open".

When the photo is done uploading, you can crop it. Remember, this will be a small image, so try to crop it down to just your face as much as possible. When you are satisfied with the preview image, click on "Set as Profile Photo".

And that's it, you've uploaded a new e-mail picture. This will be the photo others will see when receiving an e-mail from you, or when your e-mails are threaded.
