Sync Student AIMS with Degree History

Here are the steps to keep advising data and degree data in sync:

1. Login to JBar
2. From the Advising Utilities Menu, choose Synchronize Advisee Information function
3. On the General tab, choose Custom Select at the bottom of the screen and select the query named q_sync_advisee_info_cur_stu from the list
4. On the Options tab, leave Create Advisee Information checked and check Synchronize Aims with Degree History.
5. Then click the Process button and wait for the completion message window.
