Join Student Groups in Canvas

Student groups have their own space in the Iliff Students area of Canvas. These are instructions to join one or more student groups.

To join a student group space in Canvas:

1. Login to Canvas

2. Browse to the Iliff Students canvas space (should be on your dashboard or under all courses)

3. Click on the People item in the course navigation 

4. Click on the Groups tab on the People page

5. Click the Join link to the right of any of the groups you would like to join. You can join more than one group. 

6. Once you have joined, you will see a Visit link near the name of the group. You can click here to visit the group space or you should now see this group in your Groups list in canvas global navigation.
