How to Forward Incoming Email Messages to Another Address
Iliff Google Apps allows you to automatically forward incoming messages to another account. Here is how to do it:
1. Log into your iliff.edu account. Click on the Gear icon at the top of any Iliff Google Apps page and then Settings then open the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
2. Click on "Add a forwarding address" button and enter in a forwarding email address.
3. For security reasons, a verification code will be sent to your address. Log into your forwarding email account, find the confirmation message, and click on the confirmation link in that email.
Alternatively, you can copy the confirmation code in the message and paste it into confirmation code box. Click on Verify.
4. Back in your Iliff Google Apps account, select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to . . ." radio button and select your forwarding address from the drop down menu.
5. Select how you would like treat the messages from the drop-down menu. You can choose to keep a copy of your messages in the inbox or delete them.
6. Click on Save Changes.
