The basic search function in Primo allows you to search for print and online resources that are available through both Iliff and the University of Denver.
1. Enter your search term(s) in the search bar at the top of the Primo home page and click the magnifying glass icon or press "enter."
2. Primo will return a list of results that fit your search terms sorted by relevance. This list contains basic bibliographical information, options for online access (if applicable), as well as an option to get more details.
3. You may change the way the list is sorted by clicking the blue arrow to the right of "sorted by" at the top of the list. Your search results can be sorted by relevance, date-newest, author, or title.
4. You may refine the search results by using the search facets on the left-hand side of the screen. Results may be refined by resource type, author/creator, subject, publication date, and more.
5. For more information about an item, including online access options (if applicable), click on the title.
6. If the item is accessible online, click the name of the online access option (in blue). Be sure to check for the Iliff icon which indicates that Iliff students have access.
7. If the item is available in print and is loanable, you may request delivery from any Iliff or University of Denver library to any other Iliff or University of Denver library by click "Request" and filling out the form (You must be signed into Primo to make a request.)
