HOW TO LOG IN
- Hold your badge to the machine as seen in red on the diagram.
- If prompted, you may have to use your computer login and password to associate your badge to you. (Students: You will use your student ID number in place of the login). This should only have to be done one time, and all the devices will know who you are.
HOW TO SCAN
- Log in to the device with your badge.
- Hit SCAN
- (If desired, hit SETTINGS to change color, duplex, and file format options)
- Touch the green START BUTTON to start your scan.
*Note: This only scans to your own email address
SCANNING FROM THE LIBRARY PAYSTATION
- To log in, hold your badge over the reader on the pay station
- Hit COPY, you will see your balance information, and the copier will unlock.
- Then from the copier, press HOME BUTTON, and go to the SEND function. (If desired, hit SETTINGS to change color, duplex, and file format options)
- Touch the START BUTTON in the lower right corner to start the scan.
*Note: You will not be charged for scanning
HOW TO USE THE PAYSTATION
There are multiple ways to login to the PayStation.
Use your Student ID number, Your Active Directory (computer) login and password, or your badge.
Associating your badge/card with YOU!
- Swipe your badge on the reader on top of the PayStation.
- It will prompt if you want to associate your card, select YES.
- It will ask for your username. Enter your STUDENT ID and press NEXT.
- It will then ask you again for your username. Click on your username and type your PASSWORD and press NEXT.
- Your card is now associated to you.
How to COPY / SCAN / USB THUMBDRIVE PRINTING from the PayStation
Login with any of the THREE methods mentioned above.
- This is the main screen after logging in:
- Select COPY to unlock the copier for copy/print/scan services. (You must have a balance in order to copy/print from usb)
- Select PRINT to release a print job from the computers
- ADD VALUE will walk you through adding credit to your account. (Minimum spend is $1.00)
