Track Covid Vaccination Data for Student

Here are the steps for recording covid vaccination for students.

1. Upload any documentation to the student's folder in the Student Records shared drive in Google Workspace
2. Login to Jenzabar
3. Open the Student Information screen
4. Search for the student
5. Click on the Attribute tab
6. Right click in the gray area below the yellow boxes
7. Choose Add Row
8. In the attribute dropdown box, type COVID
   1. If the student has submitted documentation for vaccination exemption, type VAXEX instead of COVID. 
   2. Reporting and scripts will consider COVID and VAXEX as equivalent for registration permissions. 
9. Add a date of vaccination or leave date as today's date
10. Click Save (floppy disk icon) in the toolbar at top of screen
