If you are unable to login to Jenzabar and need to change your password, please contact support@iliff.edu and we will set a temporary password for you and then ask you to follow the steps below.
Jenzabar Passwords will expire every 180 days, must be at least 9 characters long and must meet complexity requirements, which means the password must not include your username and must include characters from at least 3 of the following categories:
- Uppercase letters of European languages (A through Z, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
- Lowercase letters of European languages (a through z, sharp-s, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters (special characters): (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/) Currency symbols such as the Euro or British Pound aren't counted as special characters for this policy setting
To change your password in Jenzabar:
- Login to Jenzabar with your current password
- Click on the Tools menu at the top of the Jenzabar windows
- Choose Change User Password from the Tools Menu
- Enter your Current password (this might be the temporary password support set for you)
- Enter a New password meeting the requirements above
- Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password box
- Click OK
