Jenzabar passwords will expire every 180 days. They must be at least 9 characters long, cannot reuse the last 5 passwords, and must meet the following complexity requirements:
- The password must not contain your username.
- It must include characters from at least three of the following categories:
- Uppercase letters of European languages (A-Z, including diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
- Lowercase letters of European languages (a-z, including sharp-s, diacritic marks, Greek, and Cyrillic characters)
- Digits (0-9)
- Special characters (e.g., ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/). Currency symbols like the Euro or British Pound are note considered special characters for this policy.
To change your password in Jenzabar:
- Go to the Self Service Password Reset webpage.
- Check the box next to Forgot password?
- Enter your username (your Iliff email handle, e.g. jdoe@iliff.edu, with the username being "jdoe") and click on the Reset Password button.
- You'll then receive a password reset link to your Iliff email address. Follow the prompts to create your new password (as per the policy outlined above).
